Product details
1、 Usage description:
The YB-150A pressure gauge is mainly used to calibrate ordinary industrial pressure gauges, and can also measure the pressure of non corrosive, non crystalline, and non solidifying media on materials such as copper alloys and alloy structural steels at the process site.
The instrument is equipped with a mirror ring (A-type B-type) below the scale line, which provides clearer and more accurate readings during use. And equipped with zero adjustment device (Type B)
2、 Structure principle of pressure gauge:
The instrument consists of a pressure measurement system, transmission mechanism, indicator device, and housing. The pressure measuring elastic element has undergone special processing to ensure its stable and reliable performance. After being matched and debugged with high-precision transmission mechanisms, it can ensure the accuracy of the indication.
The working principle of the instrument is that when the pressure of the measured medium acts on the elastic element, it produces elastic deformation displacement, which is amplified by the transmission mechanism driven by the pull rod, and the measured pressure is indicated by the indicator device.
3、 Main technical indicators of pressure gauge:
○ Measurement range, accuracy level, and characteristics
model | Spring tube material | Measurement range (MPa) | accuracy class | Structural characteristics |
YB-150A | Tin phosphorus bronze chromium vanadium steel | 0~0.1; 0~0.16; 0~0.25; 0~0.4; 0~0.6; 0~1; 0~1.6; 0~2.5; 0~4; 0~6; 0~10; 0~16; 0~25; 0~40; 0~60; | 0.4 | mirror face |
YB-150B | 0.25 | Mirror zeroing |
○ Environmental conditions for use: 5-40 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and environmental vibration and pressure source fluctuations have no effect on the accurate readings of the instrument.
○ Temperature effect: If the ambient temperature deviates from 20 ± 3 ℃ (Type A) or 20 ± 2 ℃ (Type B), an additional temperature error of 0.4%/10 ℃ must be considered
Weight: 1kg (Type A) 1.4kg (Type B)
